Fonderia 20.9 is proud to announce the final exhibition of Back and Forth, a free mentorship program dedicated to emerging photographers and developed over the course of one year through individual sessions, studio visits, and collective exchanges.

The exhibition presents the projects of: Irene Ferrari, Ludovica Limido and Federica Torrenti. 

The show marks the culmination of an intensive process of research and dialogue, offering public visibility to the work developed within the program.

Irene Ferrari

(1999) works across interdisciplinary photographic practices. Her research focuses on relationships between humans and non-human systems, exploring landscape, ecology, and memory through image-based investigation.

Federica Torrenti

(1999) is an artist with a background in Medicine (2024). Her practice draws on biology, philosophy, and neuroscience, using photography to investigate consciousness as a relational and distributed phenomenon.

Ludovica Limido

(1995) is an Italian documentary photographer whose work explores identity formation and systems of belonging. Through long-term research-based projects, she investigates the intersections between personal narratives and collective structures.
